The key advantages of this cleaner are a long power cord and cost. It is inexpensive and does what it advertises. It cleans the carpet. The 25 meter power cable allows the owner to clean a larger area without unplugging the unit.
An ergonomic plus is the textile bag made from an Allergen Media that will trap 99% of the dust sucked up from the floor.
Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to dispose of the dirt and dust. If you are looking for an inexpensive vacuum that does the trick, then consider this one.

Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner
The Dyson DC25 is a powerful ball format vacuum cleaner with the suction engine placed in the ball on the bottom half of the unit. It is a bagless design, easy to clean, and an internal storage bin retains the dirt and dust. Efficient and powerful it does the job.
Easy to operate and manoeuvre it has one major failing which keeps it out of the top 3. And that’s the price. It is expensive.

BISSELL Cleanview Helix Deluxe Upright Vacuum, Bagless, 21K3
I remember as a small boy the BexBissel door to door salesman selling my grannie a push me, pull you floor cleaner. Not a Vacuum cleaner, but one operated by pulling and pushing it back and forth across the floor. Kept me fit as a little laddie. There’s been two world wars since then, and it’s still going strong. Bissel have a proud history of assisting with domestic cleanliness, at least in my family.
The Dyson was very expensive, and the Bissell is much more affordable, usually coming in at under $100. What’s more it has a three year warranty, rather than the more common 1 year offered by other manufacturers. It has tremendous suction, its bagless and it comes with a comprehensive range of accessories. An easy emptied internal container captures the dirt and dust.
I might just be a bit sentimental, but this is the one that I would buy if I were on a budget.

Dyson DC33 Multi-Floor Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner
Once again, the Dyson DC33 is towards the upper end of the price range, but that can be explained by the attention to detail in the design and build of the product. It has the same design as the DC25, a more powerful engine and comes with a fuller range of accessories. Once more, it is a bagless design, easy to clean, and an internal storage bin retains the dirt and dust.
The look is stylish and modern, but the one drawback is the weight, a full 17 pounds. You will have a tired arm after dragging the DC33 around for a bit. If you have a budget of over $200 for a vacuum, then this is an excellent pick.

Hoover Linx Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, BH50010
Top spot is given over to yet another Hoover vacuum. Hoover state that it is a premium cleaner at an entry level price. It has a powerful motor, the “WindTunnel” which Hoover claim outpowers cleaners three times the price.
It is a standard bagless design, easy to clean, and an internal storage bin retains the dirt and dust.
A good recommendation.
